Second you tag each item grab-first, important, or if there is time, so the order is decided once instead of during an evacuation. Third you photograph each item, which gives your insurer evidence rather than your memory. Fourth you share the plan with your household so everyone moves at once, and hand a read-only link to a neighbor or helper without giving them your account.
